Shipping
We love and support the USPS by using them as our primary shipping provider. All orders in the US are at a flat rate of $5 for per order. If you would like two orders shipped to two different addresses, please place those orders separately.
Most orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days, and usually arrive within 5-7 business days from the ship date. Please email us at hi@aceandem.com if your order has taken more than 2 weeks to arrive.
We are thrilled to offer international shipping via USPS. Shipments usually take between 7-21 days to arrive. If you do not receive your package in this time, please reach out and let us know at hi@aceandem.com.
Returns
Items may be returned for Ace & Em credit only (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts) within 7 days of receiving goods. All items must be in their original condition and packaging with no visible sign of damage or use. If an item is defective please email us and we will gladly replace it for you, or issue a refund if the item is not replaceable. Ace & Em is not responsible for shipping return costs and are the responsibility of sender.
To make a return please contact us via email at hi@aceandem.com and specify the reason. If item is damaged please include photos of items and outside packaging. The item should then be shipped to Ace & Em in its original condition and packaging accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy.) If the item is used it will be returned to the sender. Returns should be packed securely and sent to:

Exchanges
Unfortunately we can not offer exchanges at this time. If we have made an error and sent you product that you did not order, we will happily correct this mistake. Please email us at hi@aceandem.com
